            We are as excited as you are in getting your new Apple Watch band to you ASAP! That's why we do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible once you place your order.

            • All orders over $40 will receive FREE tracked standard shipping
            • All orders over $75 qualify for FREE tracked express shipping
            • Orders $40 or under are charged $6.95 for shipping
            • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centre in Brisbane, Australia
            • We process orders very quickly, with the slowest being 2 business days during the highest volume periods. Typically any order received before 2pm Australia Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day.
            • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Queensland public holidays
            • All orders are sent with tracking codes - watch out for an email with these details once your item has been dispatched
            • All orders are sent by either Australia Post or one of our courier partners and a signature is required on delivery. For orders under $150 you have the ability to request 'safe drop' or 'leave in a safe place' from Australia Post, however should you choose this option and the parcel goes missing after being delivered, Mod Bands will not be held responsible for the missing item. We do not recommend choosing 'safe drop' for this reason.

            The timeframes below give a good indication of costs and timeframes to receive your order to arrive after it has been processed.

            Orders ship from our Brisbane warehouse with pricing as follows:

            • Orders $40 or under
              • Standard Shipping (with tracking) - $6.95
              • Express Shipping (with tracking) - $9.95
            • Orders over $40 and under $75
              • Standard Shipping (with tracking) - Free
              • Express Shipping (with tracking) - $9.95
              • Orders over $75

              Shipping Times - Australian Customers

              Express orders are typically delivered within 1 - 3 business days to Australian Capital Cities, and within 2 - 4 business days to all other areas.

              For non Express orders, typical delivery times are currently as follows:

              • Brisbane metro - 2 to 3 working days
              • Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra metro - 3 to 5 working days
              • Adelaide/Perth/Hobart/Darwin metro - 5 to 10 working days
              • QLD/NSW/VIC regional - 4 to 9 working days
              • SA/WA/TAS/NT regional - 8 to 12 working days

              Shipping Costs - International Customers

              • Orders $40 AUD and under - flat rate $9.95 AUD shipping
              • Orders over $40 AUD - Free

              Shipping times - International Customers

              For customers outside of Australia, orders will be shipped directly from our Australian warehouse, and will be sent by tracked post. Typical delivery times in the following ranges:

              • New Zealand: 7 - 12 days (average 8 days)
              • United States: 6 - 12 days (average 7 days)
              • United Kingdom: 6 - 12 days (average 8 days)

              We provide tracking details for all our international shipments, so you can see where your band is at any stage of the shipping process.

              Refunds, Returns and Warranty

              CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

              Modbands offers easy and hassle free returns. In the event that you order the wrong size or colour, or simply don't like the band you received, you have 60 days to return it (providing it is unused and in original condition). Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

              Just contact our support team at customerservice@modbands.com.au (or use the form below) if you wish to return your order, and we will supply you with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number, as well as all the return details.

              For returns we can offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund (note that refunds will only be processed to the payment method originally used for the purchase).

               

              IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED

              We will happily provide you with a replacement or refund if your product is faulty, incorrect, not as described and/or damaged. This doesn’t happen very often, but mistakes do happen. Please contact us at customerservice@modbands.com.au and we’ll sort something out straight away. We’ll apologise profusely and advise you on how to send the item back to us if required.

              We do our best to package products so that there is minimal chance of them sustaining any damage while travelling to you. Sadly, we don’t always win. If a product arrives damaged in any way, please email us a photograph of the breakage and we will send a replacement out as soon as possible.

              INCORRECT ADDRESS BY CUSTOMER

              If you enter an incorrect address (i.e missing unit / flat number, undeliverable house number etc), there are several scenarios and options.

              1. If the product is not delivered and is returned to us, we will provide a full refund of the order cost minus $15 to cover Australia Post’s return to sender fee and our initial postage.
              2. If the product is delivered to the incorrect address, we will unfortunately not be able to refund you, as it has been delivered successfully to the intended address on the order.

              ITEM NOT COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO US

              If the product is not collected within the time that Australia Post allow and is returned to us, we will provide a full refund of the order cost minus $15 to cover Australia Post’s return to sender fee and our initial postage.

              CHANGE ADDRESS (WHILST IN TRANSIT)

              If you have any reason to change the delivery address whilst your order is in transit, we can request a redirect with Australia Post. This has a $10 fee which will be passed on.

              Warranty

              Should your product be defective, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will happily exchange or refund the product. Mod Bands will cover the return shipping in these circumstances.

              We have a 6 month warranty on all our bands. For faulty bands we can offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund (note that refunds will only be processed to the payment method originally used for the purchase).

              Looks the part but silicone slips off

              I was very excited to get my band that could hold my fitbit while I was at work but unfortunately, the silicone slips off the pin as well and the face itself. Usually, you can just slip it back on if you notice it fall off quick enough. Unfortunately, I only had it 6 weeks before the silicone slipped off the pin without me noticing it, and I lost my fitbit at work =( pretty disappointing

              Bought this for my versa 2 and it fits perfectly

              Versa 3?

              This band is sold as fitting versa 2 & 3, however I purchased it for versa 3 and feel like it’s much too small to fit the watch. It doesn’t feel secure and I’m worried that my watch will just pop out any moment. Quality is good but the fit could definitely be improved.

              Poor quality and colour does not match the picture.

              I bought the 'royal blue' band and it is not the same colour as in the picture. The watch face does not sit well in the band and the pin is cheap and flimsy. There is also no hole for the side button.. quite disappointed for the price.
