The timeframes below give a good indication of when to expect your order to arrive after it has been processed. Order processing is typically within 24 hours, and orders received before noon Australian Eastern Standard Time are usually dispatched on the same day.
Orders ship from our Brisbane warehouse via Australia Post using the following methods:
- Orders under $20 - Australia Post Regular Post (no tracking) - 2 to 6 days
- Orders from $20 to $99 - Australia Post Parcel Post (with tracking) - 2 to 6 days
- Orders over $100 - Australia Post Express Post (with tracking) - 1 to 2 days
Customers have the option to upgrade to Express Post for a small additional fee at checkout.
For non Express Post orders, typical delivery times are as follows:
- Brisbane metro - 1 to 2 working days
- Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra metro - 2 to 4 working days
- Adelaide/Perth/Hobart/Darwin metro - 2 to 6 working days
- QLD/NSW/VIC regional - 2 to 4 working days
- SA/WA/TAS/NT regional - 4 to 6 working days
For customers outside of Australia, orders will be shipped directly from either our China or US fulfilment partners, with typical delivery times in the following ranges:
US and Canada: 5 - 18 days
New Zealand: 12 - 20 days
UK: 15 - 25 days
Russia: 14 - 23 days
Europe: 15 - 25 days
Africa: 15 - 30 days
Latin America: 20 - 40 days
We provide tracking details for all our international shipments, so you can see where your band is at any stage of the shipping process. Orders can be tracked at:
Whilst we try to ensure that your order is sent as a single shipment, there are certain occasions we may need to separate it into 2 or more packages. This is caused by stock coming from different manufacturing locations.
Whilst the postal system is very reliable, occasionally parcels do go missing in transit. For this reason we offer a 35 day order protection policy. If your package hasn't arrived within 35 days of the shipping date we will offer a full refund or send you another identical item.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your band, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. Contact us at email@example.com if you are in any way unsatisfied. We will supply you with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number, and then simply drop the item into the post to:

Should your product be defective, damaged, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will happily exchange or refund the product. Mod Bands will cover the return shipping in these circumstances.
We have a 3 month warranty on all our bands. For faulty bands we can offer exchange or refunds. Once we receive the faulty product and have inspected it, we refund your account that you used for the original purchase, or send you a replacement band (your choice).
