How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Discolouration Unusual fading or degradation
- Screen protectors Bubbling, peeling, or delamination
Not Covered
Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

The band is not good, it has already broken and the clip always came undone. Not sure if this one was just a lemon as the first band I bought of you guys was good but again didn’t last long

I was happy with everything from this company and everything I purchased in my Xmas pack.
The particular metal band I got,looks great but the clasp on the inside of the band digs into my wrist,so sadly it’s been turfed one the pile’..
I might try 1 or 2 other bands,however my confidence is low.
I have the exact same clasp in my tissot and tag so I can wear them,but not this particular band it’s too uncomfortable.
The rubber bands I got were great though.
Excellent buy, looks great and color matched really well. Very happy with purchase.

I really like my black Montpellier watch band, concerning buying other colours. My only issue and challenge was trying to remove links. I did watch the video but I do not have small hands but did finally got there with patience and a bourbon on the side.
