The Modbands Braided Loop watch bands are incredibly comfortable and ideal for workouts and all-day wear. Made from a soft and stretchable nylon, they are super easy to put on and remove!
When Apple launched the original Braided Solo Loop band we loved it, however found that it had a few design flaws. Being a fixed length band, it would be hard for customers to get an exact fit. On top of this, even if you did get a great fit initially, even the slightest bit of stretch in the band over time would mean that it eventually would sit loose on your wrist.
Our new Braided Loop Apple Watch Bands overcome these issues by having an adjustable clasp that slides up and down the band, allowing it to be adjusted perfectly to your wrist size.

General Shipping Information
We are as excited as you are in getting your new Apple Watch band to you ASAP! That's why we do our best to get your package shipped out as soon as possible once you place your order.
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centre in Brisbane, Australia
- We process orders very quickly, with the slowest being 2 business days during the highest volume periods. Typically any order received before 2pm Australia Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Queensland public holidays
- All orders are sent with tracking codes - watch out for an email with these details once your item has been dispatched.
- All orders are sent by either Australia Post or one of our courier partners. We will choose the fastest and most cost effective method of shipment.
The timeframes below give a good indication of costs and timeframes to receive your order to arrive after it has been processed.

Orders ship from our Brisbane warehouse with pricing as follows:

Shipping Times
Express orders are typically delivered within 1 - 3 business days to Australian Capital Cities, and within 2 - 4 business days to all other areas.
For non Express orders, typical delivery times are currently as follows:
- Brisbane metro - 2 to 3 working days
- Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra metro - 3 to 5 working days
- Adelaide/Perth/Hobart/Darwin metro - 5 to 10 working days
- QLD/NSW/VIC regional - 4 to 9 working days
- SA/WA/TAS/NT regional - 8 to 12 working days

Refunds & Returns
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Modbands, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or receive something that's not quite right. That's why we offer a hassle-free 60-day return policy.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you've ordered the wrong size or colour, or you've simply changed your mind, you can return your unused item in its original condition within 60 days of purchase.
- How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our support team at customerservice@modbands.com.au to obtain a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number and all the necessary return details.
- Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are at the customer's expense.
- Refund Options: We offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally, mistakes can happen. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise and will rectify the situation immediately.
- What to do: Please contact us at customerservice@modbands.com.au with a photograph of the issue.
- Resolution: We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. If required, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us at our expense.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the Australia Post return to sender charge and original postage. If the order is delivered to the incorrect address, we are unable to provide a refund.
- Uncollected Items: If your order is not collected from the post office within the designated timeframe and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return to sender charge and original postage.
- Address Change in Transit: If you need to change the delivery address while your order is in transit, we can request a redirect with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

At Modbands, we stand behind the quality of our products. All our bands come with a comprehensive 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
WHAT'S COVERED?
Our 6-month warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as:
- Faulty clasps or connectors
- Stitching or adhesive failures
- Unusual discolouration or material degradation
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, such as scratches, drops, or impacts
- Damage caused by improper use or care
- Lost or stolen items
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at customerservice@modbands.com.au with a clear description of the issue.
- Provide Proof: Please include a photograph or video of the faulty item and your order number.
- Resolution: Once we have assessed your claim, we will offer a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty item to us, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
