The process
How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Gift Returns
Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.
New Zealand & USA
International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Discolouration Unusual fading or degradation
- Screen protectors Bubbling, peeling, or delamination
Not Covered
Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

How to Make a Claim
Simple and quick — here’s all you need to do.
Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Customers praised this elegant watch strap for its stylish design and comfortable fit. Many noted "just the right amount of bling" and easy link adjustment. However, some reported clasp security issues with unintended unclipping, and a few found sizing challenging for smaller wrists. Once I figured out how to unclip the links and adjust the band to my wrist size I loved it! It looks just as pictured. The only con I have to add is that it can be a bit fiddly to clip on and take off, but that’s only a minor difference to the original Apple Watch band. It definitely is worth the fiddle. Looks way better with an outgoing outfit than the original apple band. Thank you Modbands for the quick delivery too! I love it 🥰
Love this band. Very practical and lightweight/ comfortable. You can use it for casual day wear or nice evening wear. Have also worn this band in the pool and no issues whatsoever. All diamonties have stayed in and no rusting or discolouration.
I like the look of this band. It is fine and feminine but the clasp randomly comes undone while I am wearing it and this makes it feel unsafe.
So pleased with my elegant silver Apple Watch band! Easy to take out links to make it fit- still a little big as I have a small wrist, but generally keeps ok connection.

I recently purchased the Madeline watch band & after only 1 week of wear a stone feel out. I am quite disappointed I don’t believe it is very good quality. I feel like I have just wasted $50

Sorry to say that the clasp design is SO hard to close with arthritic hands. It is a shame that the clasp is so very hard for me to use when a slight change to the design would make it workable for me and others with this problem. The aesthetics of the bank is lovely, but sadly I am unable to wear it. I have many other Mod bands which I enjoy but this one is a dud for me.
Hello, You are a great an efficient company . I placed my order the las week of Xmas and it arrived within 2 days, very speedy. The watchband is a perfect match and is so lovely. The only problem is it is a little too thin for the watch face itself, the face is quite heavy. But nonetheless it looks great , and thank you we will be purchasing again.
In purchasing the Madeline band, do l also need to purchase a separate connector?
The Madeline Band already includes the connectors for the Apple Watch, so there is no need to buy any additional connectors. This is the same for all our bands.
