How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.
New Zealand & USA
International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Very disappointed. Looks like the colour was running out when mine was printed. Half of it has fine white lines in it like when you print colour photos on a badly maintained home printer. After discovering his isn’t acting made of rainbow silicone but is white with a rainbow printed on it I searched further and found cheaper pride bands are available elsewhere actually made of rainbow silicone so the colour won’t wear off after a few weeks like this one will. Save your money and get one that will last.

Absolutely love this band! It is such a nice colour and looks good with the silver Apple Watch. It is such good quality! I definitely recommend buying through Mod Bands. I have one of the genuine Apple bands & they are on par with quality despite being a fraction of the price.

I am so happy with my new watch bands. The quality is excellent, the colours are true to image and at this price point I can have a range of colours to match with different outfits without breaking the bank!
After a couple of days of regular use, the band became sticky and shiny. It also attracts a lot of dust into it. I use my apple watch everyday and all the time. Regular hand washing and the bands became sticky already.
These are amazing. They have a much nicer silkier feel than competitors ones. Somehow manage to look sleeker and stay cleaner. Highly recommend due to amazing quality, price and great colours. Cheers :)
Not very happy been wearing it for only a few hours and it’s stained already thought this would last a bit longer then a few hours since I heard really great reviews about these

We absolutely stand by the quality of our bands, and have never seen a stain that won't wipe off with a soft cloth and a bit of soap and water (unless we are talking about things like food dye or hair dye). On sale I added this band into my purchase as an extra treat! So happy I did. Quality feels great, colour lovely, fit perfect! Customer service exceptional! I got the small sizing which appears to be the same as the Apple brand sizing.
I recently bought the denim colour Ed sports band in S/M. The watch band is on the smaller size so if you’re on the last 3 holes of the genuine band I recommend sizing up to the M/L. The colour is also slightly lighter than advertised but I love it even more because of that Will definitely purchase another.

I’m definitely buying more colours. I had to replace 3 nylon bands as I didn’t like the feel of one of them on my very small wrist.
