How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

It fits my 44mm watch nicely and is exactly what I needed.
Actually not overly happy with it
The pin is very flimsy as I take it on and off my uniform the pin bends and makes it very difficult to place everyday
So glad I got this fob pin, now I can wear my Apple Watch to work. Funny enough my activity rings still activate when wearing on my waist. Fob size fits my 44mm watch just fine. Very happy with purchase.

I’m so happy this product exists! Now I can have my Apple Watch Whilst working as a nurse! Such a great idea. The band came super quickly and works really well. The watch slides into the band (just like the wrist band that comes with the Apple Watch does) so it is super secure. The material it is made of is good quality and strong and I feel confident that my watch will stay out throughout the shift. I recommend!

A wonderful company to deal with. Website easy to use, competitive pricing (mid range), communication available after purchasing and they stay in touch with tracking etc. I bought a black Fab pin for my apply watch, looks great, band slides on and clicks into place easily...the pin mechanism on the back is a little weak but that part of most badges etc can be hit and miss. I have had many comment about the product so far and have discovered (by default) other people that have used this company and have also loved their purchases. Fabulous service all round. Well done Mod Bands.
The pin on the back feels quite stiff and you really have to push it to get it in to close, its very close to the silicon.
It’s a great idea....And I like it, however I’m really worried the pin and silicone may separate and I will loose my watch. It doesn’t seem strong enough .
So I hang it in the front pocket of my scrubs..
But it’s been great communication and fast delivery 😊

I’m so pleased with this purchase! I couldn’t use my Apple Watch with my usual wrist band because of infection control policies. It is a high quality and secure nurse pin. Very practical for any health care worker.
It’s a nice fob watch band however I have an apple 44mm watch. It would be nice if you could sell the watch band in a bigger size as it feels like the 40mm keeps sliding off my watch bezel. And more diversity in colours too please! I would definitely buy again if you sold 44mm ones in a yellow or a pink, etc. nurses would really go for the diversity in the colours.
