We typically respond to most queries within 2 hours during our office hours (Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm).

Shipping and Delivery

All orders received are packed on the same day they are received.
Pickups by our shipping partners typically happen at around 2pm, so most orders received before this time will be on their way to you on the same day!

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Most orders arrive within a few days, but occasionally can take up to 10 days (more for orders outside Australia).
If it still hasn't arrived after 15 days, please let us know. We would be happy to follow up and investigate.

Yes we certainly do!
Within Australia we offer free shipping for all orders over $40, and free express shipping for all orders over $75.
For orders outside Australia we offer free shipping on all orders over $40AUD.

For standard shipping we use a combination of Australia Post, Couriers Please, and Aramex. The service used will be based on your location and shortest delivery time.
For express shipping we use Australia Post Express Post.

Yes, we also ship to New Zealand, United Kingdon, and United States.

For Express Shipping, most orders will be delivered within 1-3 days.
For standard shipping, most orders will be delivered in:

Brisbane metro - 2 to 3 working days
Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra metro - 3 to 5 working days
Adelaide/Perth/Hobart/Darwin metro - 5 to 10 working days
QLD/NSW/VIC regional - 4 to 9 working days
SA/WA/TAS/NT regional - 8 to 12 working days

Overseas destinations - 6-12 working days

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a pick up service.

However, if you live in the Brisbane metro area we do offer a local delivery service. If you choose local delivery we will ensure that your order is delivered within 24 hours of ordering (quite often on the same day).

If local delivery is available to your postcode, this will show up as a shipping option when you check out.

Note that local delivery is only available to residential addresses. It is not available to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, CBD addresses, and business addresses.

All our products are shipped from our Brisbane, Australia facility. We don't drop ship product from China or anywhere else, so you can be assured that you will receive your order quickly.

Ordering

Yes you certainly can - right up until the point the item is picked up by our shipping partners.
If you want a change to your order, or notice something is not correct on your order confirmation, just email us back straight away and we can update your order.

Occasionally our emails might fall into your spam/junk folder, so check here. If you still can't find it please email us and we will investigate.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 60 days from receiving your order, and we will provide the return instructions in details! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns will only be refunded to your original form of payment. All products that are returned for refund must be unused and in original condition (including packaging).

Please be advised that any shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.

Sure! Please contact us with the reason of return, within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will provide the return instructions! Please note that we only accept one-time exchange. The price difference (if any) between the original item and item for exchange will be charged.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
We got you covered! Please contact us with a photo of the defect within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue.

We offer a 6-month warranty on all products purchased from our website, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period. Within 6 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your item(s), simply take pictures of the defect and contact us right away with your order number.
Our warranty does not cover:
-Any deterioration, scratches, printing peel off or other defects in similar nature resulting from normal aging, natural wear-and-tear
-Any damages caused by accidents or unauthorised modifications
-Lost or stolen items
-No devices (e.g. Apple Watch) other than products purchased on our website are covered by our warranty.

Products

We work directly with third party manufacturers who are able to produce products comparable to genuine Apple products at a fraction of the price.

All our bands come in two sizes - 38/40/41mm and 42/44/45/49mm. These dimensions refer to the size of the watch face, so you will need to know what size Apple Watch you have before placing an order.
Some of our bands also come in different lengths (S/M or M/L) - please refer to the table on each of these products to determine the correct size for your wrist.

Yes, our watch bands fit all series of Apple Watches with the correct watch face size.
